Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of discovery.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388w account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes or security tokens associated with your account. 388w will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were actually present at the time.
